Mrs. Doerler has over thirty-five years experience in the intellectual property field, serving in the roles of legal secretary, paralegal, administrative assistant and client liaison. Since 1983, Mrs. Doerler has worked with the firm's founder and principal, Thomas Galgano. Mrs. Doerler serves as records and calendar supervisor, overseeing the firm's roster of cases, including the docketing of all client matters and the monitoring of all attorney case dockets. Mrs. Doerler is also Head of the Trademark Renewals Department, in which she oversees the filing of all trademark renewals.

Ms. Grant assists the attorneys in the drafting, preparing and filing of patent, trademark and copyright applications, licenses and related correspondence. Ms. Grant further provides litigation support in the drafting and filing of complaints, motions, pleadings and other court related documents.
